Cold – Blooded Stare
The photo was taken in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on April 5th at 11:25 AM, during our stay at the Riu Hotel in April 2025. While my wife and I were at the hotel pool, I noticed a lizard crawling toward us. My wife got scared, but I had my camera in hand because I had been taking pictures of the poolside performances. I quickly took a few shots of the lizard. Its colors were stunning, especially around the eye. Later, while editing the photo, I decided to zoom in on the eye area to highlight its mysterious gaze.
