Anyone faster than I get’s a ticket for speeding.

I went to a small parc in my hometown (Almelo, the Netherlands) with my camera, knowing there were some Kestrels. I spotted this one, flying around and looking for some prey. At one moment it flew on top of this CCTV camera to take a rest. I could get really close to the Kestrel to take some shots.
