My friends at Hoya have been kind enough to sponsor this challenge by providing Solas 3.0 (10-stop) infra-red-neutral-density filters to the first, second, and third place winners. First place will also receive $150 in cash, while second gets $100. Matt and I will select the winning images as well as some runners up to showcase in a Long Exposure Challenge video we will produce at the end of the month.
