What have you done? I just installed and opened the app and didn’t even get past the Browse module when I ran into problems. As with the prior version, when I try to apply a preset in the Browse module all the presets in the group turn off and then back on. A worse problem now is that it takes far too much time for the preset to be applied. It is a lot slower than the previous version. One of my tif files does not appear in the PR Browser, although the empty space and the data do appear, but the file does show up in other apps. I haven’t gotten beyond this point yet, but I fear that while fixing some problems you’ve created others.
With some trepidation, I am going to track down any remaining files from the older versions, uninstall this new one, and reinstall it. I’ll post the outcome once I have done this.

    Dan:
I scoured my drive of any ON1 10 and PR 10.5.1 files, and reinstalled PR 10.5.1. Unfortunately, I’m still having the same problems. I’m going to move on to the other modules, and see what happens. I’d appreciate any suggestions you are able to provide.
    Thanks,
    A. J.
