I wish ON1 would have spend 1/100th of the time on a smoother roll-out rather than the hundreds of emails and videos promoting and reminding me that 2024 was coming and to purchase it … notwithstanding the fact I had three weeks prior…

This is probably one of the best quick overview videos you have produced. It really highlights your product.
I have been asking for years that small image(s) be included in say the YT links, so users can play along… but so far apparently on deaf ears.

Just compared your noise reduction to PL6. Still have a lot code word to do to match PL6. Don’t give up, the 2024 has a much better interface, Brilliance is a good start (heavy handed as a default), just need refined. Keep it going, we need competition for LR and PL!

I really don’t like having to use an extra menu step to reach the Export dialog in the new interface. Any photo I edit, I am going to save a copy of the result which means using the Export dialog. Is there any way to customise the interface to add Export as a button in the left panel, rather than it being only in the More sub-menu? If not, is there a short cut key combination to open up the Export dialog?

The hotkey is Shift-E. All the hotkeys are listed on the last page of the User Guide.

You can also show the right bumper and you will see an export button. Or right click on the photo and select export. I use shift-E, as Brian suggested, no mouse movement at all required.

i bought ON1 Photo Raw 2024 but can’t download it

Product was downloaded but seems corrupt. Can’t get the proper front page and unable to connect to any photo.
I run the 2023 edition and all works with it, but the upgrade 2024 is completely unsuable.
