I have already upgrade to 2023, but it cant be editing , but 2022 is ok completely work,
please help me to solve it.

Hi Thomas, I had the same problem until they put out an update to 2023. And I also made sure I had the latest drivers for the video card. Doing both of those things worked for me and 2023 is working fine now.

They were downloaded into my copy of 2022.5 rather than into 2023. Why?

Good question. Just right click on the preset file and then choose Open with, then select version 2023.
