Why don’t all of your videos work? When I click on The Power Of One1 Presets I get sent to a page to join One1+. I am a member and I am logged in.

Sorry to hear that. I did a quick look up under your account and don’t see an ON1 Plus membership there. If you purchased under a different account, try that one OR please contact customer service and they can assist getting you exactly what you need. Sorry for the trouble!

New to ON1 and struggling a bit with the Import from device window. How can I view my images full screen for selection? A thumbnail isn”t big enough for me. Also, can I select photos on my card in the Browse window and then import that selection? I’ve tried watching several vids, but to no avail. I come from LR.
