I tried to load these presets after extracting them from the zip file. Open didn’t work nor did going into manage extras/presets/import.

I have also tried to download the presets after extracting them but it’s not working. I tried closing down ON1 2023.5 and then reopening the software but it still doesn’t work.

I downloaded the zip file and extracted the files.
Right clicked both presets and click open with ON1 2023.5
Then I received a couple of dialog boxes from ON1 2023.5, last one being installed no errors.
Went into presets and they were both there and worked. Took awhile to find them though.
This was on an iMac running the up to date IOS that was just released a few days ago
I have had problems installing these extras in the past but not this time

Worked for me by clicking on the unzipped preset logo for one set.
Let it load.
Close On1.
Then repeat for the second set which then loaded .
First time I tried only one set would load.

Tried several different alternatives but still can not download the two files. Even downloaded Microsoft Edge ( as Explorer does not exist any longer.)
PC and Windows.
