Looking at it again. They work if you follow directions, Right Click on File -> Open in ON1 2019

Being new to ON1+ I have a question. Does “Free Sample Pack” imply there is more? If so, how does one find/purchase/download a “Photo Kit”?

They install, you just need to tell it where to install default seem to be 2018 just right click and select 2019 and it will install.

All files – Presets and LUTs installed without problem for me in RAW 2019 on a Mac.

The LUTs and Presets installed fine for me on Photo RAW 2019. I just navigated into the sample pack’s folder and did a right click on both of the .ONPreset files. They installed four LUTs and Four ON1 Presets. The PDFs and MP4 videos are fine as well.

All is good now – Tech department fixed an issue with the file that prevented it from working for some users and sent to me and it worked perfectly.

Having an issue with the file names too long to extract and copy from the zip file. Any help out there?

      Hello,
I saw the above error, if i was not right-clicking on the downloaded zip folder and choosing Extract All.
If i just double-clicked on the zip archive itself, it looks like you can then double click on the preset file, but this will fail, producing above extraction error.
Also, are you using a third-party extraction tool like WinZip or WinRAR?

Right clicked and pointed to Extract all.
No double clicking and just using default Extract All that comes win Win7 64 bit.

Thanks for the LUTS and Presets. I had to resort to installing both manually. When attempting to install by opening the ONPreset file in On1Photo Raw 2019, the message displayed is “Install successful, 0 files installed”. No LUTs or new Presets have actually been installed. The same message appears when attempting to install both the LUTs and the Travel presets. Also, the zip file gives errors when extracting. I got around this by severly shortening the zip file name. If you’re having issues with these, try installing manually. That worked for me.

Installation of 2019 worked fine for me. Since there is so much included of course it takes some time. I knew to expect that, having previously used 2018 and 2017, and before that about 8 iterations of Photoshop Elements. Perhaps for some very new ON1 users there could be more advice to the user of the time it will take. “Go grab your preferred beverage and come back in 15 minutes…”
I’m very pleased with the videos and sample pack! The content, flow and pace of the video and clear description of the features is very well done. I don’t remember any other product coming with such very helpful information as ON1 has provided.
