Edit Apple ProRaw with ON1 Photo RAW for Mobile

Apple just released iOS 14.3, an update that adds support for the all-new “ProRaw” file format exclusive to the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max.

According to Apple:

“ProRAW gives you all the standard RAW information, along with the Apple image pipeline data. So you can get a head start on editing, with noise reduction and multi-frame exposure adjustments already in place — and have more time to tweak color and white balance.”

ON1 Photo RAW for Mobile is a free app that allows you to edit photos taken in the Apple ProRaw format. Get it now!

ON1 Photo RAW for Mobile includes a proprietary raw processing engine that is used by professional photographers around the world. Photo RAW lets you apply quick, non-destructive edits and stylized effects to your photos. Nearly all of your edits can be made globally or locally, and Photo RAW’s advanced masking tools let you make and refine complex selections easily with your finger or Apple Pencil.

This app is excellent for editing Apple ProRAW photos, and it is free! Any images you capture with the new ProRaw format can be imported and edited in ON1 Photo RAW for mobile as .dng files. This gives you more information and a more extensive range for making adjustments like removing shadows and more sharpness and detail than a photo that is not in the raw format. Learn more →

    Hi there

If its already in the mobile app – how soon will it be build into the desktop app?

Will there be special sliders for all the features Apple ProRaw provides?

(otherwise it will just be another DNG

    regards

So far as I can tell, On1 2023 does not even support all of the iPhone lens. This seems like something that should be easy to fix.
