Dylan and Dan –
I really appreciate your covering a lot of ON1 features and images. You clearly prepare in advance of the videos. You know your stuff! You help us users with learning what’s possible and how to navigate to achieve that.

Great overview, thanks both.
Please consider putting out a video on using a Wacom tablet with ON1 RAW – I think it would be welcomed by a lot of people.

Good Morning, everyone. I received an email today for a video on “Photo RAW 2024 A to Z,” But for some reason, it won’t open up but shows a corrupt icon leading to http://www.youtube.com – refuse to connect.”This email link led me to the video library, and I tried a few of the videos, and they worked fine. I went straight to YouTube, and every video I tried worked okay, but I couldn’t get the same success with your last email video. It just repeats the same message as stated above. I know computers, so I tried many things before reaching out. Any other suggestions? Everyone is not having an issue, but I am at this moment. Thank you.

Just tried scrolling through photos in browse and I am seeing blank/thumbnails when scrolling. They do show but may take a second to catch up.

Would you please do a video on customizing the placement of the tools. I don’t like that the Browse, edit and more icons are on the left side of the screen. Can this be changed or are we stuck with this new look.
Thanks Robin

Thank you. The video still doesn’t open on the ON1 website, but I just went to YouTube and opened it, and it works – so I’m good.

I wish ON1 would have spend 1/100th of the time on a smoother roll-out rather than the hundreds of emails and videos reminding me that 2024 was coming and to purchase it … notwithstanding I had three weeks prior…

I really want this to be my one and only editor, more work with people retouching would be appreciated, especially the retouching brushes

Dan are these performance improvements primarily on the MAC, because I don’t see them as much on a PC with 32GB of memory an 8th gen i7 processor, all SSD, 3060 8GB GPU. It’s slightly faster, though I still see lag with the thumbnails, opening, etc.
Also, has consideration been made to improve “state” with some tools, namely NoNoise AI. Is there a reason that we have to change the defaults (the sharpening bothers me) individually on each image?
