This month might have been the best set of photos ever submitted! Thank you everyone that uploaded a photo to be critiqued. The individual photo critique videos are posted below. Blake & Hudson got together and highlighted the best of the best in this recap video.

For those who are new to Plus, each month all Plus members have the opportunity to submit a photo for critique. Every single photo submitted gets critiqued by one of the coaches. It’s just another perk of being a Plus member. Photo critiques are a great learning exercise and way to improve your photography. The coaches positively give their professional, constructive critique.

A QUICK NOTE ABOUT OUR NEW CRITIQUE SCHEDULE

• Photo critique submission period – always opens on the 1st Tuesday of each month
• Submission period – Lasts 7 full days (close at midnight Pacific time US on the second Tuesday of the month)
• Our New web gallery debuts next month!

This will help everyone remember when the critique submission period starts and ends. We will also debut a new custom built web gallery next month. This will enable us to add new features to the galleries in Plus down the road. The downside of going this route is the photos previously submitted to the community gallery and photo critiques will not get migrated over. The new gallery will be much more user friendly and help us turn the Plus gallery into more of a community photo sharing area of Plus. We hope you like it!
Let’s get to it. Here’s a few things (and directions) to consider as you look through:

1. 1. First off, again…a huge thank you to all who submitted. I know it’s not easy to put your work out there and I’m really happy you did. It’s one thing to see our photos and try to learn from them. But at some point, I really think you need some one to look at your photos and give you some thoughts. So hopefully this starts us along that path.
   2. Next, I know the list is big but it’s sorted alphabetically. Each video has about 5-15 photos in it, and lasts around 10-20 minutes. If you click on the video next to your name, your photo is somewhere in that critique. The great thing about doing it this way is that you can watch as much or as little as you want. Only have a few minutes? Then just watch your video. It’s short, and easy to scroll through if you just want to find your photo and not watch the other 10-15 images. But… if you have time to spare, or want to learn from others photos, then watch as many as you’d like.
   3. There’s two lists below. The first is a full list of the videos if you just want to jump around, or you scroll through the gallery (here’s a link to the gallery) and see a photo that you’d like to hear what was said on. The second list is sorted alphabetically based on your nickname in your account. This is usually the name right below your profile photo in the discussion area. Some people have a name, some people still have an email address. And if all else fails, you can press Cmd/Ctrl – F on your keyboard and start typing your name or nickname and the browser should highlight that text for you.
