Rotate Icon (90 degrees Clockwise/Counter Clockwise) in Browse

In addition to the Photo Menu and the keyboard commands, it would be nice to have a simple “rotate” control in Browse and Develop modules.  I find visual controls to be more convenient than menu or keyboard commands.  (I have a lot of images from a very early digital camera – Kodak DC4800 – that didn’t include rotation information in the EXIF so images have to be rotated manually.)

In the browser in grid view there are already rotate arrows, and in filmstrip view in browse, develop and effects the arrows are there.
