The ability to showcase my work on my android phone would help with the “what do you take pictures of” questions I get. Further, the ability to fetch a piece of work quickly at an unexpected moment could be of great value. For example; a topic comes up in conversation, you produce a relevant pic (worth a thousand words, some say), gain a client. There may be other features ON1 needs to incorporate first, I just wanted to send this up for consideration.

+1 for Android equivalent of Photo Via in Photo RAW. ON1 does seem to favour Apple over other OS environments. I have problems with my Windows usage of Photo RAW on the Surface Pro since the 2017.6 release (not resolved with 2018 beta), and tech initially pointed the finger at MS Windows, yet all my other photo processing tools (LR, PS, ACDSee, DxO) work and display and scale just fine on my Surface Pro 3 as did every prior release of ON1 PR. Tech support has since acknowledged the issue and I was disappointed not to see a fix in PR 2018 beta. SO yes, Android Photo Via, and even Windows Mobile Photo Via would be welcome additions, especially since your apparent Apple bias does not seem to be reciprocated by the current new Apple OSx releases and Apple seems to be ceding the creative space to MS (looked at the Surface Studio offering lately?).

I would LOVE to have an app developed and made available in the Google Play store for Android. I’d use it on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S. Perhaps ON1 should do a survey to see how many Android users there are out there and not assume all users are Apple fanboys.

Not sure what the current iOS version does, but this is what I look for in a mobile app:

    – import RAW files from camera to Android tablet
    – browse, delete, cull
    – some way to check the focus, either with 1:1 view or a loupe tool
    – direct switching between images by tapping on the left or right of the screen (like the camera playback function) withouth annoying sliding or swiping effects that make it impossible to compare similar photos
    – import photos from Android tablet to ON1 Desktop including culling information

This would be an incredible helpful workflow tool.

There a nice app that handles all the import and rating/tagging very nicely: Photo Mate R3 and writes XMP. It has it’s own raw processor also writing meta data to XMP, but then the screen is also different. With some adjustment to the sync process in On1 it would be readily available – much less effort/maintenance to reach the most interesting goals of an app:

Having a cloud file app with offline folders synchronization on Android is easy. Google Drive can’t do offline folders though; Microsoft One Drive and others can, but are not supported by On1. Instead of syncing file to an online account they should be synced to a local folder on the PC which can be picked up by any cloud drive service of users choice.
To work with the synchronized files they would need to organized by their original folders and file names. The way they are currently laid out is not helpful for manual navigation
On1 would need to pickup any changes from XMP data

In about two months time… Come January of 2019. This thread request would have been up for 2 whole years??
Really surprised you haven’t made more of an advanced in to mobile or have bothered to at least respond or update us on the current status of the App.

Yes – Please. Would love to use it with my Android Google Pixel phone while traveling. Download RAW and JPEG images from my Nikon to Google Pixel for upload to Google Photos.

I’ve paid out for On1 2018, just upgraded to 2019 and whilst I like the App I’m now close to reactivating Adobe Sub and ditching On1, the reason, NO Android/Chrome OS support. Come on this has been around for over a year and still no comment from On1, sounds like us Android users arent trendy enough to deserve support…

I need Android support on my phone.
I need an On1 solution that will run on my Chromebook.

I have a couple of friends who really wish to switch to ON1, but wont do it, because they heavily use the Lightroom app, and there is no ON1 app available for Android. On their behalf, Android should not be left out, and it is costing you serious customers.

Yes, of course we need android version of On1. In today’s world, we capture photos heavily on mobile phone, so its a big set back if we don’t have mobile (android also) presence. Added to that Adobe’s annual subscription is pretty less and they have software for every workflow. I request to create On1 mobile version, please.

85% of telephone shipments is Android. iOS is only 15%. It is strange you ignore that market.
Braking down: iOS 11 is 65% out of 15% so it is less than 10% total. Nougat is 29% out of 85% so it is almost 25% total. So 2,5x bigger number of units.
Yes, add ON1 for Android, please.

After switching from Apple to Android, I was disappointed to find no app available in the Google play store. So here is another vote for an app for Android

I already own On1 Photo when it was launched. I did not use it much. I am considering upgrading to 2019 05 but what’s stopping me from doing so is an mobile app on Android. Please hurry up!
