Announcing: ON1 Support Forums

Hi Everyone! Today we’re excited to roll out the all-new ON1 Support Forums. Available to all ON1 customers, the new support forums are powered by our online help desk.

Why did we create a separate place for support forums?
We wanted to improve the support experience and create a better place to search and find answers in a forum setting. By transitioning to our helpdesk for support forums we’ll be able to improve the interaction, promote answers and escalate issues quicker.

What will happen to the private Plus Forums?
We believe the private forums will get better as well, they will remain as they are, a place focused on discussions about everything that relates to photography. A place for interacting directly with the coaches and each other. We hope with this change we can remove the clutter of support related topics and keep the forms a place to share, inspire and learn.
