We cap our mini portrait workflow series with part 8 – Using Presets. I go through some of the built-in presets in ON1 Photo 2017 which are great for using on portraits. Presets are the perfect starting point for styling and making amazing looking portrait shots.

Lessons:
Lesson 1: Culling
Lesson 2: Proofing
Lesson 3: Basic Retouching
Lesson 4: Advanced Retouching
Lesson 5: Enhancing the Eyes & Mouth
Lesson 6: Controlling the Focus
Lesson 7: Retouching Multiple Faces
Lesson 8: Using Presets (Current Lesson)

Thank you Dan. As a “newby” to on1 I found this series absolutely crucial in my understanding of portrait re-touching. I can’t believe how intuitive this program is and how the end results are so natural. Really enjoyed your manner of tuition as well. Can’t wait to practice what I have learned.

Thank you for a wonderful series! Portrait touchups have been one of my weakest points and this has given me so much to work with! Really appreciate your presentation!

Dan really enjoyed this series. I especially like the short multiple lesson approach, which focuses on a few techniques in small bites. I am not new to photography nor post processing, but I always find a little something in your tutorials that I can use.
