If you need to clean up the edges of your masks in Effects we are adding the Blur and Chisel Mask tools. The Chisel Tool is perfect for removing halos that may remain along the edges of your mask. It will remove just a small amount of pixels from the edge. The Blur Tool is perfect for only blurring or feathering the edge of your mask. Softening the edges of your mask will allow for a more natural transition when blending photos together.
Check out the new user interface in ON1 Photo RAW 2018. An updated UI makes for a much cleaner design. You can also choose from a range of accent colors.
A new local adjustment feature is just for noise. This allows you to decrease or increase noise locally which also allows you to selectively control the amount of noise in certain areas of your photo.
One of the new options in Photo RAW 2018 is the ability to paint with color. This allows you to paint with a solid color or replace the color of an object in the photo.
Create as many versions (or virtual copies) of a photo as you need. A version lets you keep different Develop and Effects settings, as well as different retouching, crop settings, and meta data settings on different copies of the photos without actually creating a real copy of the file.
Merge multiple photos together into a panorama or a matrix. Take a series of multiple photos and easily merge them together to seamlessly create photos with a higher mega pixel count. You’ll love the new sharing options for Facebook too.
