The register screen keeps popping up even though I have registered

For Windows 7 and Windows Vista you will want to try to go to [Local Disk (C:)] ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartup.  See if there is a shortcut to the registration program for the onOne product that is asking you to register.  If you see a shortcut called Register (onOne Product Listed here) go ahead and delete it.

NOTE: If you are not able to locate the ProgramData folder, please go to the Start Menu and choose Control Panel. In the Control Panel, please choose Folder Options and choose the View tab. In the View tab, please choose “Show Hidden Files and Folders” and repeat the steps above.

For XP users this shortcut typically gets put into the [Local Disk (C:)] Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart MenuProgramsStartup.

For MAC users go to HDAPPLICATIONSYour onOne Software Product FolderRegister (onOne Product Listed here)

How can I register my product?

If you have purchase the product directly from on1, Inc. you are automatically registered in our database.  If you have purchased through a reseller or at a show, please contact Customer Service with your license number for the software.

Do I have to re-register after re-installing an onOne Software product?

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to re-install your onOne Software product, due to a new computer or you are rebuilding your existing workstation you do not have to re-register after re-installing your on1 product.
