I own the Perfect Photo Suite 9.0, how can I update to the Suite 9.5?

The Perfect Photo Suite 9.5 is a free update for all Suite 9 owners.  Whether you own the Premium Edition of the Suite, or the Basic Edition, the update to version 9.5 is free for all existing Suite 9 owners.  Please visit our product downloads page to download the most current version.

What is the difference between the Premium and Basic Perfect Photo Suite 9?

Premium will be a stand alone application AND a plugin for host applications: Adobe Photoshop CC, CC 2014, CS6, Adobe Lightroom 4, 5, Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, 12, 13, and Apple Aperture 3.

The Basic Edition is the same product, but is a stand alone application only with no plugins.

Premium & Basic features, functions, tools, and capabilities are identical.

How many computers can I install on?

The Perfect Photo Suite 9 will allow for 2 activations.  These means you can install on 2 machines at the same time.  It does not matter whether you install on a Mac or a Windows machine.  As long as the machines are compatible, it will install and activate on 2 machines simultaneously.

Is Perfect Photo Suite 9 available on disk?

No, Perfect Photo Suite 9 is download only. If you have any sort of issues downloading our support team is here to help.

After I purchase, how do I install?

After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided on the order page.  This confirmation email with have the license number to activate as well as the most current download links for the software.

What is happening to Perfect Mask?

Perfect Mask is no longer a module in Perfect Photo Suite 9. We have combined the functionality of Perfect Mask with Perfect Layers 9. A new Quick Mask tool and improvements made to the Perfect Brush will help you create better selections all in one module.

Perfect Mask users will still have the ability to access and use Perfect Mask after installing Perfect Photo Suite 9, it will not be removed. The color spill tool and the pen tool will not be moved into Perfect Layers 9.

Will my current Presets & work with Perfect Photo Suite 9?

Presets created with Perfect Photo Suite 6, 7, and 8 will work with Perfect Photo Suite 9. The presets will automatically be migrated offer into Perfect Photo Suite 9. The same will happen with Textures and all User Extras.

How many computers can I install the software on?

The license allows for the software to be installed on two computers (either Mac or Windows). If you need to install on more than two computers, please contact our sales department for pricing.

What happens if I lose the software?

You can contact us anytime to get the software reloaded. If you have registered the software, we will also have your license available. If you did not register the software, please be prepared to provide proof of purchase (when ordering through a third party).

Does the software come with any manual or user guide?

You may return on1 Software desktop apps for a full refund within 30-days of your purchase date. Items that qualify for a refund are software applications that are delivered by electronic download. Products purchased through an authorized reseller are subject to the return policy of the authorized reseller.

Presets, Texture Packs, or eBooks

Items purchased from the on1 store which include Presets, Texture Packs or eBooks may not be returned for a refund. Due to the nature of these digital accessories, refunds or exchanges are not available for these items once the order is complete.
